Adjusting slurs in part/score; changing global to local?

Hi all,

If a slur has been edited in the score, globally, that’s usually fine for the part as well. But sometimes one might need to reset the slur in the part. The only way I found is to manually change it, but it would be neat to be able to reset it.

So, is there a way to change the global edit into local? As far as I understand, this is what is needed – because any unchecking of checkboxes or reset position/design affects the global edit no matter if I am editing the part with “local” checked.

No, there’s no way to do this at present. I can see that it would from time to time be useful, so perhaps it’s something we might implement in a future version, but it’s unlikely to be a high priority.
