Advice on proofing a completed score

For the past few weekends, I got pulled deep into engraving Beethoven’s 3rd piano concerto. I was originally just doing sporadic sections for orchestration research but the next thing I know, I’m working open meters and cue-scale runs for cadenza and I just finished the 3rd movement - wow.

As I don’t usually take a project complete through to page layouts etc., what advice would anyone give to actually proof that all notes, slurs dynamics etc. are as they should be? Should I download the parts and go through each one with a fine-toothed comb comparing the Dorico layouts?

I’m open to any suggestions.

Thanks

Very simply and artisanally I would open the original PDF on the right, and the Dorico score to the left, and go trough everything bar after bar  (Sorry if this is not helpful: no magic tricks exist when proofreading FWIK). Maybe others have better suggestions.

(Generally I would take much care already when inputting the music, as is much easier to avoid mistakes then find them after the fact -if you know what I mean- at least in my experience)

If you feel comfortable uploading the Dorico project, I am sure someone is willing to point out possible mistakes.
