Advice please- No sound through mediabay since update

Can anyone suggest any possible reasons why I’m not hearing my audio files anymore in mediabay since the new 7.04 update?
I’ve tried searching the preferences list but can’t find anything to explain this?

BTW I have increased the preview volume slider…

Because your setup is wrong. With control room enabled, preview goes through control room. Plenty of posts with solution about no preview. Simply use the search.
