After about 10 seconds midi jumps up a key

I have the problem with cubase 10.5 and me alesis QS61 midi keyboard
halion is ok but addictive keys vst and othe vst piano stuff ive downloaded
after about 10 seconds it jumps up a key so C becomes D
ive tried everything
resetting everything - its so frustrating

Have you looked in the Event Editor for that midi track? There may be a hidden event in there that you need to delete causing the key to change. This has happened to me before and yes, it is incredibly frustrating.
