After deleting an individual time signature, the corresponding global time signature is disappered

Dear users and developers,

After deleting an individual time signature created by alt+enter, the corresponding global time signature, i.e. 3/2, is disappeared.
Could anyone explain why it occurs, and how I can display it?

I am attaching the corresponding Dorico file as well:
test.dorico.zip (992 KB)

Unfortunately, once you’ve created a local time signature for an instrument, there’s currently no way to tell Dorico that the instrument should once again use the global set of time signatures. You can add a local time signature matching the global one on that instrument. If you no longer require any local time signatures on that instrument at all, I’d suggest instead duplicating that player and copying the music from the old to the new, then removing the old one. Now the new player will share the global time signatures.

OK, thanks!
However, this happens only in that flow.
In original file before extracting the example. There are no such problems. It is really strange.
