After going to get the activation key could not bring up spot in cubasis3

I purchased Cubasis 3 through the App Store. When you first open the app it asks you to register. When I went to get the verification key and went back to the app the place to put the key in was gone.

I believe this gives me some plug-ins.

Registering the app should unlock the free plug-in.
Please let me have more details where the process fails at your end.
