Aggregate device buffer size, Loopback Audio

Hello All,

I’m running the latest version of OSX and the latest update of Cubase 9. I’ve set up an aggregate device that consists of my Apogee Duet interface and Loopback audio. I’m using this to route audio from Mainstage into Cubase. I’m having an issue with my computer overloading distortion, drops, etc. When I go to the device setup menu to adjust the buffer size the largest size that appears on the drop down menu is 64. Does any one know reason why the maximum allowable buffer size would be so low/ how can I change it to allow a larger buffer size?

Aggregate Device is not officially supported (in any DAW). I would recommend some software solution to route the signal. For example Soundflower.
