Aggregate time signature in Scoring Express template

I’m engraving a piece with an aggregate time signature of 4/8 + 3/8 + 2/8 (from Ligeti’s Hamburg Concerto).

If I start from a new file, the dotted barlines appear as they’re supposed to; but if I start the from the Scoring Express chamber template, there are no dotted barlines (one-bar sample file attached).

Is there a way to get the dotted barlines to re-appear? Maybe some setting in the Scoring Express template library? I took a quick look and couldn’t find anything.

The dashed barline dash length has been set to zero in Engraving Options.
