Al button not working on Cubase plugs?

Hi,

I try to control some steinberg fx plugins in Cubase but the AI button is not working with these plugins.
Is this the way it supose to be or am I doing something wrong.

By the way it’s working fine with Omnisphere.

I want to control the Cubase plugins with the AI knob. But it’s not working over here.
