Exactly. Obviously, the Album Wizard makes it fast/easy to create the markers but in these cases, you do not want any existing marker names to change and you probably don’t want the offset between the marker and the start of the clip to change.
All you want to do is add markers for newly added clips that do not have markers associated with them yet.
Fairly essential feature request if you ask me. I’ve just been too busy to mention it here.
