Is there a way to select a number of chord symbols and have them deviate from the global setting of either aligned or following the contour of the music?

Regarding vertical position above staff? I don’t think so. I usually just Ctrl/Cmd+click a bunch of them at once and Alt/Opt+arrow them down together.
Yeah, but I find it tricky to align them just with the dotted guidelines when there are many different starting positions due to protruding notes and whatnot… An override switch to invoke the opposite behavior of the set default would be most appreciated!
