I’m not sure about this, but you could try changing an Engraving option setting about the tuplet brackets, especially making gaps between brackets and following objects bigger.
The default value is 1/2, try a higher value…

If I make gaps between brackets and tuplets signs bigger, everything goes down… it has the same ugly looking thing, just a bit lower… I was hoping for something like an align function
Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, this is the same problem with pedal lines, for instance. I think the devs are preparing something like a ruler to align these kind of objects, but only time will tell
