All instruments are missing on Mac Halion 5 & Groove Agent

Hello,
I installed Halion 5 and Groove Agent 4 on Mac OS X El Capitan; however, I can’t see any instrument in the instrument list for both Halion 5 and Groove Agent 4 as it seems on the screenshots below. There wasn’t any problem on Windows version of Groove Agent 4 (but I have never used Halion 5 on Windows).
Can you please help me to solve this problem?

Hi,

please make sure that you don’t have any filters set in the MediaBay. The screenshot of HALion shows that you are looking for Groove Agent kits in the World Percussion library which leads to zero results.

Have you updated both to the latest versions?

I selected “All instrument sets”, I also updated Halion 5 and Groove Agent 4 to latest version, but nothing has changed.
