All keyboard shortcuts don't seem to work

Hi all, installed Dorico on a new machine, and no keyboard shortcuts seem to work on the new machine, even simple ones like cmd + and cmd - to zoom in and out.

I deleted dorico, deleted the preferences folder (library/application support/steinberg/dorico5) just to be safe, reinstalled via download manager. But I still have no keyboard shortcuts working. They work fine on my other computer.

Any ideas what I’ve done to muck it up and how to fix it?

What language is your computer set to?

I think there have been some posts about this before. I’ll see if I can find one.

All my key commands have disappeared

I installed the new update (5.1.70.2200) and now none of my custom key commands works. Is there a connection? Closing and restarting Dorico doesn’t have any effect. I have found the keycommands_en.json file in the Dorico 5 folder, but am not sure what to do with it. It seems from old posts that I need to copy it into the Dorico 5 folder itself, but would that be just the filename, or the text that comes up when clicking on it?

The computer is all set ut English/USA here:

However, it looks like Dorico language in the key commands preferences was set to “Default”. When I set back to “English,” the key commands started working again. Weird, I didn’t remember having to do this on my other installation, but no matter. Seems to be ok now!
