All pass filter?

Any available all pass filter in Cubase pro 11 ?
Been looking in the plugins folders and settings in the different EQ´s that come bundled with Cubase but cant find one.

Frequency has a linear phase control - don’t recall if C11 has Frequency

Frequency - introduced to CB in version 11 - doesn´t have all pass filter type.
