It says that the trial period for the Allen Morgan Signature drum kits is up, but I purchased the product already! How do I convince Groove Agent ONE that I indeed purchased those kits?
I dunno, provide the activation code which was provided and imprinted in your confirmation email?

I think you might have to get in touch with the Steinberg support people.
They might have an answer for you .
A similar (but different) thing happened to me. I ordered and installed
the AM drum kits and then realized I already had them included with C7.
I got in touch with Support and they are sending me a refund.
