Would it be possible for Cmd+select to select multiple items when using a keyboard in the iPad app, similar to the desktop? I know that there is a button in the UI that activates this as a mode, but I often forget to turn this on and off when I am “in the zone” while composing and it would be nice to have the same muscle-memory on different platforms.

It would indeed be nice. iPadOS handles these modifier keys in a different way to macOS and Windows, so it’s not as straightforward as we would like to achieve this, but it’s certainly something we are interested in supporting in future.
