I would like to request a small improvement to the Nudge settings in Cubase.
Currently, the Nudge amount can be selected from several preset formats (such as note values or fixed time steps like 1 ms, 10 ms, 100 ms, 1000 ms), but it is not possible to enter a custom value.
It would be very helpful if users could enter their own Nudge amount, similar to Pro Tools—for example 3 ms or 5 ms, or a specific number of samples.
I know that in some cases this can be achieved using Project Logical Editor presets, but that approach works mainly when the same value is used repeatedly. In practice, the required offset often changes, and there are also situations where I occasionally need to nudge by a very specific sample count. In those cases, it would be much faster to simply type the value directly.
Even allowing custom values just for milliseconds and samples would already make the feature much more flexible.
I hope this can be considered for a future improvement.
