Allow smaller track heights like Studio one

in studio one when the track height gets small, it auto hides the elements and make it super slim. can see much more tracks as an overview.

the current track height also has issues. some elements are clipped looking incomplete. either make them smaller or autohide when below a certain height.

I agree that at some point the track names should disappear if you make the tracks smaller and only reappear if the track size is big enough to display the font fully. It looks half baked otherwise.
