when searching for a plugin to insert, via the lovely search filter, one’s fingers are already at the keyboard yet up down arrows do no work for navigated the resulting list of plugins. Often times a search will result in multiple plug-ins in the list, simply arrowing up or down would be much faster then having to go back to the mouse to select a plug-in.
Search > hit tab > then the up and down arrows > select > hit Enter.
This should work. But I agree, it should be possible to use the down arrow straight away.
