For some reasons my maps are being randomized while I select media>name in ‘set up resultcolumns’. Can I fix this somehow as it is showed in my Windowsexplorer?

You probably clicked to the Shuffle Results button.
To fix the way, how it is sorted, just click to the Name column header. Then the result is sorted in alphabetical order by the name.
