Could there be another setting in the Notation Options to get this kind of altered unison line above it—as seen in “3 Keyboard Karikatures” by Abram Chasins: http://en.scorser.com/Out/300585593.html (last measure of the 1st page)—?

How widely used is this notation? Unfortunately it’s not practical for us to support every individual, idiosyncratic notation that might be used in a tiny number of editions. In this specific case, we might be able to handle it when we can draw a similar kind of bracket over altered unisons for whole notes or double whole notes, but that is not yet implemented in any case.
