Alto Glockenspiel and Guitar Harmonics - voucher/licence issue

Vouchers for these two products are continuously spawning in my account. When I redeem them, their new instances appear again.

As a result, I have now already three versions of the same licence in my account:

@Martin.Jirsak Hello, Martine, would you be so kind to forward this issue to a relevant person at Steinberg? As you know, we from “2nd countries” are not eligible for creating personal support tickets… It is quite unpleasant to see such a mess in my account.
