always long start-up times due to plugins scan

not shure if this is a new algorythm but the startup of C10 takes SIGNIFICANT longer than 9.5

Do you know please, which part specifically takes more time while load Cubase 10?

The point at which the start-up screen shows “loading VST plugins”

I will track with PROCESS EXPLORER what’s going on during this step

OK during “initializing VST 2.x Plug-in Manager” I can see than NATIVE INSTRUMENTS ServiceCenter is busy as hell. I will open a ticket to N.I. then.
