I upgraded to V8 in March. Where do I find the “amnesty version” for people like us?

I’m not sure but I believe you just have to open your eLicense Control Center and execute the maintenance task and your license should be converted / updated to N10, then you should be able to just download and install N10.

Thanx, for your response, but two things:-

  1. I’ve done the maintenance routine (several times) but i’m still seeing the V8 license;

  2. I still don’t know where to download Nuendo X from. :wink:

Wich day of march did you activate your N8 license ?

Nuendo 10 Announcement day was the 11th of march.
You could well be short of a few days to be eligible.

I have deleted your screenshots because they were showing your USB-eLicenser number, which is a very dangerous thing to have online.

Unfortunately you activated Nuendo 8 before the Grace Period started.

In that case, there must have been a misleading announcement. If I remember correctly, it was because of the grace period announcement, and the anticipated improvements in video export in V 10, that I upgraded.

Please check your records again, and the announcements regarding V 10.
