Amp Rack cannot save

The newly added Amp Rack cannot save my effect settings. When I press save, it reverts to the default settings.

Did you give the save a name? If you leave it blank, it doesnt save..

And if you gave the save a name, does it show up in the my presets lists?

There are presets saved, but the values I saved will not be saved.

You are on the 3.8.2 cubasis version,right? The amps had some problems before that..

The Amp Rack preset save works fine on my iPad Air 4, everything is fully updated on iOS and Cubasis 3.

Yh i ran multiple tests on Android.. saving with multiple added effects (including overdrive) and with changing values, everything worked fine on my end too.. that’s why i asked if he was using the 3.8.2 update. We know that in 3.8.0 / 3.8.1 the amps behaved wonky.

It seems no one has been able to reproduce the issue so far.
Do you still experience the problem, and are you using the latest Cubasis 3.8.2 update?
