Ample sound VST's not showing up in list

Hi, I’ve just moved from Finale to Dorico. I have found that all of my VST instruments are recognized except Ample Sound. I’m running an iMac 27 inch, 2020; Monterey 12.6; 3.6GHz, 10 core Intel Core i9. I have contacted Ample Sound to determine whether the instruments are VST- 2 or 3. Are there any recommendations on your end as to how to get them recognized in Dorico?

FWIW, my Ample Sound VST(3)s installed on my M1 Mac Studio (Sonoma) work just fine.

Did you install them in 2020? Would a re-install be both simple and wise to try…?

If they are VST2.x instruments, they can still be manually allowed using the controls on the VST Plug-ins page of Preferences, but you need to know the exact names of the plug-in files on your disk to add them there.
