Amplification level on UR242 Hi-Z

Hey Guys

I just bought an UR242 audio interface. However, if directly plug in my electric guitar i do get different amplification when using the HI-Z button on the both line-in’s.
This means that when i plug my guitar into line-in-2 and set the preamp at 3, record a chord, then plug my guitar into line-in-1 with exactly the same setting on the interface as in cubase the difference in volume is as high as 50%.
(line-in-1 reaches about -6db and on line-in-2 about -12db)

This problem does only occur when using HI-Z. Is this common? Could my interface be damaged?

The “Hi-Z” switch only influences input 1
So what you describe would seem normal.
