AmpRack - preset does not match the selected plugin

Hi all,

AmpRack is throwing this message at me when I try to choose one of my custom presets;

preset does not match the selected plugin

Any solutions or fixes for this? I can’t access the preset to make any changes to fix it.

Please provide a few more details:

  • Which version of Cubasis are you using (iOS or Android)?
  • Which device are you using?

Would you be able to share the preset with us, along with a short video showing the steps that lead to the issue?

Hi Lars

I’m using iOS v 3.8.3.

This occurs when I have AmpRack instantiated on a track, then scroll to my presets and select one of the 2 presets attached.

The issue is aimed to be resolved in the update following our Cubasis 3.8.5 release, which is already too close to include the fix.
