Hi @malycknm , thanks, but first try something else:
- Go to the Steinberg Activation Manager
- Hold down the Shift key and click in the Refresh button in the Activation Manager (right top of the window).
- Then wait for a few seconds until the spinning balls at the bottom of the window go away.
- Then try again to start Dorico
