Looking at the logs, Dorico really can’t find or recognise the in the warning dialog mentioned sound libraries. We therefore need to find out a bit more.
Please do the following:
Open a Command Prompt and copy & paste the following command
dir /S /Q /N C:\ProgramData\Steinberg\Content > %userprofile%\Desktop\SMTGContents.txt
After pushing the Return/Enter key on your Desktop the file SMTGContents.txt should be found
Hi there, I have the same issue and I already tried to refresh license and install manually the item Etude Elements which seems installed on SDA but is missing when I open SLM under the Halion Tab. Of course playback is defected when I try to use it
Hi @uranoagain , thanks for the data.
You have lots of contents installed but there is no trace of the Etude Elements library. So if even the Download Assistant claims that you already installed it, press the Install again button and see how afterwards it looks like. If it still does not get recognised, please create another SMTGContents.txt.zip and post here. Thanks
Try running Steinberg Activation Manager (SAM), and forcing a refresh of your license: hold Shift and click the refresh button in the top right corner of the window. That will update your Dorico 6 license (and all your other licenses), which should ensure that your Etude Elements license is present and correct.
