Description:
Since updating to version 15.0.20, channels in the Lower Zone MixConsole are automatically hidden as soon as the corresponding folder track is collapsed in the Project Window.

Details:

  • Issue: Mixer visibility follows the folder state in the Arrange window, even though the option “Sync MixConsole Selection/Visibility with Project” is DISABLED.

  • Workaround (not working-): Only manually “pinning” channels to the Left/Right zones prevents them from being hidden. In the standard center zone, the channels still disappear. Problem: scroll line not working anymore, can´t access all tracks

  • System: Cubase Pro 15.0.20

Another workaround:
Workspaces
Align the Mixer Window with the Project Window in a way that the Mixer covers the exact space that you would expect to be covered by the Lower Zone Mixer. Save as a new Workspace and assign a key command.

The Mixer Window below will still show all tracks of the folder even though they are not unfolded in the Project Window - given both windows are not synchronized.
