Anniversary Sale - Competitive Cross-grade

Hi,
I got to know about the recent Anniversary sale only on the very last day & I put in the request for a Competitive Cross-Grade immediately, the sale was still going on when I actually submitted the request. I was under the impression that once the request was approved, I would still be getting the sale price. To my surprise, that isn’t the case. I’m just getting the competitive cross grade discount on the full price. I have tried to look for a support mail id which I have now realised isn’t really accessible. So I’ve just signed up & posting here. Can I get the cross grade discount on anniversary price since I did actually submit the request while the sale was live. I have till 26Oct24 to finish the purchase.

Hoping that the support team can help me out with this.

Thanks for the reply Martin. But before I posted here, I tried getting the support email so as to shoot them a mail directly but I couldn’t find it despite my best efforts. For my region(India), it takes me to ‘local distributor support’ which doesn’t apply at all in this case as this is an online purchase, plus given the fact that I haven’t made the purchase yet, it’s a pre-sale support. Is there any other way that I can directly email the support team or raise a support ticket?
