i having some weird sound of overload while pressing record enable on instruments track . it sounds like bitcrusher

Hi,
When pressing the Record Enable button, the tracks turns to the “live” (real-time) mode. It doesn’t use the audio buffered system anymore. It seems, your system cannot handle this in real time. You can find detailed explanation here.
Try to check your system by using LatencyMon utility.
