Why are they always 2 or 4 apart unless I zoom in? Why can’t they be 71 72 73 (instead of 71 73 75 77?
This algorithm seems like a holdover from the days of lo-res monitors, but nowadays? There is PLENTY of room to squeeze in more info on the ruler.

Many of us have been using Cubase now since we were YOUNG (er). Our eyes no longer work properly. I assume they have Presbyopia in the Hanseatic League as well.
Fortunately, the newer monitors are up to the challenge. UNfortunately? The overall UI of Cubase keeps getting HARDER TO READ.
(Not to mention that my brain cells are aging too… probably why I can’t figure out all the HIDDEN ICONS.)
Look, you gotta get this: EASIER TO READ. MORE SELF-EVIDENT. FEWER STEPS. SIMPLER. LESS CLEVER, CLEVER.
