Annual Request: Tiny Changes To Note Pad

  1. Make the mouse cursor change to an editor cursor (like on this forum). The current behaviour of the arrow is annoying because you never know whether or not the editor is in focus.

  2. Change it to RTF format so we can have rudimentary formatting and piccies.

  3. Ignore any other boneheaded requests from users who want it to become even more sophisticated. (Sorry guys, but the editor needs to remain, above all things, SIMPLE.)
