Hi, just bought an auto tune program, and i am having issues downloading it.
as background, i am trying to download onto a mac book pro, put it to a USB drive, to transfer it over to my PC.
Problem being, it says i need to choose a format for it to download. I need it for PC, but my mac will only format the download with OS. how…the…hell…do i make…this work…?
Download the PC version to your mac, copy this to a USB stick and put on the PC, unzip & run the installer.
On the download page you get the following options:
Please select a version - Mac OSX or PC.
Select the option you wish to install. Not for the system you are downloading on.
So for PC, select the AAX or the VST version.
Download this to your mac.
Make sure your USB stick is FAT32 or ex-FAT, not Mac HTFS (if it is HTFS you will need MacDrive on the PC)
Copy the downloaded installer to this.
Copy to your PC local drive - do not try to install from the USB stick.
Unzip it, and run the installer - very easy & hope this helps
