I wanna use my UR22 for skype conversation.
I tried my really cheap PC headset but the microphone did not work with UR22.
I’ve just ordered AntLion Audio ModMic to use with my AKG K601 headphones. I plan to connect the microphone with a tele plug adaptor, 3.5mm to 6.3mm.

UR22 works fine with Skype in Windows 8.1 64bit, using driver version 1.9.2.
If you try the ModMic 4, do NOT turn on the phantom power; that’s 48Volts, while the MIC operates from 1Volt to 10Volts (max).
Would be useful to other users if you let us know if it works.

Have you been able to get the modmic to work? I’ve gotten mine today and couldn’t get it to work. I have two 3.5mm jack to 6.35mm jack (a mono and a stereo). With both of them it just stayed silent. My studio Mic through XLR works fin though. I am considiering no to get a 3.5mm jack to XLR adapter.
So if you have any experience with something similar, can you please give some advise?
