Any trick to use sends on the fader?

Hi everyone, i use the cc121 on a daily basis for my workflow. One thing i don’t think is possible is to set the sends to the fader instead of the rotary knobs.
Anyone know if is possible somehow ?

I guess this is possible via the new Remote Script in Cubase 12.
