Anyone else being ignored by Steinberg support?

I wrote to Steinberg support 2 weeks ago and got no reply whatsoever. Anybody else getting ignored? Is this a common problem? Should we all look somewhere else, where loyal customers actually are regarded as such?

The ticket support is known to be extremly slow, but you can call them and that is typically pretty fast and helpful.

You can also try to describe your problem here in the forum, there are lots of people that are very helpful and mostly know what to do.
