Hi,

Unplug the USB-eLicenser to make sure the license ends up at the Soft-eLicenser.

I have successfully downloaded the license… but I can’t transfer it to the usb elicenser…
my usb elicenser is active on steinberg account

To move it from Soft-eLicenser to USB-elicenser just drag and drop the license inside the eLCC. No need for an activation code.

i have downloaded to soft elicenser… and want to transfer to usb elicenser but i get this message/…

even though my usb elicenser is still active on steinberg’s account… but there this message seems like my usb elicenser is deactivated ssteinberg

What do you downloaded to soft eLicenser?
This makes no sense… you can’t download anything to soft eLicenser.
We can’t suggest anything based on the last screen shot.

Hi,

I’m afraid you have to get in contact with official Steinberg support to provide some details about your Soft-/USB eLicenser numbers. They would check the state and fix it, if needed.

Then it looks there is a problem with the Soft-eLiecnser.

As we cannot check the licenses here on the public forum, I would recommend to get in contact with the official Steinberg support.
