So the Master meter docked on the rightmost side of the mixer is very laggy for me on every project I’m seeing. The regular channel meters are fine, but the master meter if basically frozen most of the time (updating every 5 seconds or so then freezing). Opening in Cubase 7.5.3 the master meter behaves normally.
1 project: 6 midi tracks, 1 instance of Halion 5
Other project: 6 audio tracks, no effects/vsts in use.
I don’t use the control room so hadn’t looked at it until now, but yes, the big meter on the “Meter” tab is lagging badly as you describe. The small version on the “Control Room” tab is working fine.

Yes, loaded only a drumtrack and it was very easy to see this.

Yes, this is one of only two bugs I’ve come across so far.
It’s been mentioned a few times, but doesn’t appear have been officially acknowledged:
And this still hasn’t been addressed. Makes mixing a pain…especially since the small stereo channel can’t be docked/split to the side so that it’s always visible like in like in 5 and 6.
