By the way, my work-flow with remote msuicians is as follow, I made a stereo mixdown on mp3, which I send to the musician. He then records his track and sends me the recorded track. Because the startpoint is the same, I import the new track and it’s aligned correct and of you go. I tell the other person to set the mixdown track at beat2 just as my orginal project start at 2 so importing it back it also start of at beat 2.
