I used to have a Yamaha N8 which worked perfectly on W10 with Cubase,
I have since bought a Yamaha N12 but for some reason the drivers that I used with the N8 will suddenly not install…particularly the tools for N 274x64 which always installed no problem…now they are recognized by the OS and cubase but in device manager it says driver is not installed, if I go to APPS it is there and can be uninstalled but it shows no MB whereas the FW driver shows 80 MB…very strange…
any help would be awesome!
Thanks for the reply my friend…I have already looked at that thread…my main point is that I was using the N8 on windows 10 using the Yamaha drivers and everything worked fine…just trying to figure out why they suddenly do not work on the very same computer…or maybe more to the point is why the N part of the drivers will not install but they are available in apps to uninstall,
