Anyone experienced this and have any ideas on what in my environment might be causing it?
This happens on one box but not the other two, and all are running Windows 7.

It’s most probably related to a plugin of some sort.
I haven’t suffer from this but that file is within Waves plugin directories on my PC so as Nickeldome suggests, looks like something plugin related…
Excellent. I keep Waves pretty current but there are new updates available, which I suspect will get this sorted.
