I’m in the process of choosing a macbook model with the new M1 processor and have a question about it.
Will the number of GPU cores affect the performance of Cubase application and plug-ins? IMHO no. Am i right?

I would be very surprised if it did. It’s not software running complicated 3d modelling like Houdini or Maya, but audio waveform redraws etc, which still needs efficient GPU but certainly not on a super high level. I have the 10 core - it runs extremely well.
