Application is not responding

Hello!
For a long time I used the Cubase Elements with which I never had problems a very stable DAW \m/
Yesterday installed Cubase 10 Pro [ Same Hardware ]. Every 5-15 minutes Cubase suddenly stopping and freezes.
I use the task manager to close. It is impossible to work and it is annoying.
Where can I find crash files and by what means can they be analyzed?

Hi,

Make sure you have the latest Cubase 10.0.20 installed.

Make sure your plug-ins are up to date, same as your Audio Device driver.

deos it hangs when you do something or if you don’t do anything it hags too? Try disable autosave project option.

A small “progress”. I reinstalled OS and now Cubase sometimes makes the sounds of an old scratched CD and closes. I found a dmp file in …\Documents\Steinberg\CrashDumps. How to analyze it?

Hi,

Attach the crash dump file here, please.

I hope it can be figured out!

Hi,

The crash is in the Z3TA__2_64 plug-in.

Hi,

The crash is in the Z3TA__2_64 plug-in.

Thank you! I like this plugin and I am sorry that it is not compatible with Cubase

Maybe try the VST3 version if you’re using VST2 right now, or vice versa.

This is Cakewalk Z3TA+ 2.1 VST3. I will try VST2. If this does not work then I will have to abandon this plugin. I do not want to install Cakewalk next to Cubase (

Good luck!

Thank you! It worked! A few days no bugs
