Hi, I have created a Master Page with the title of the part and now I want this page to be before each part, but I can’t find how. Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, there is no quick and easy way for this one. You will have to insert a Master Page change for each and every Layout one by one.
Go to Engrave mode
Select Page 1 in the right-hand panel
Right-click and select Insert Master Page change (Select for this page only in popup dialog)
Open the next Layout and repeat.
