I’ve just moved from a Mac Mini (Intel) to a Macbook Pro M1. I’m trying to install Cubase 14 Pro, for which I have a licence. Download Manager shows the licenced software I own, but nothing will download. Each and every item I am licenced for simply fails (times out). I am able to quickly and easily download the apps from the Steinberg website. Internet speed is rapid using that method. Where do I begin to troubleshoot this problem in Download Manager?
Don’t waste your time or energy, unless there’s no other way to get your software.
For some the SDA is flawless, for some, it’s flaw-full.
In my case, it never worked. Until… Last October I did a full re-install of my software (Windows 10), and, lo and behold, the SDA now works. Go figure.
Hi,
I assume you installed the latest SDA on your new system, right?
Did you search the forum for an answer? There are countless threads about this topic. I’d suggest to look into the latest threads, maybe also filter for the keyword “Mac”. I am not on a Mac so I’m afraid I’m not of much help here.
