Ara embedded window shows visual artifacts when cubase scaling is changed

@Martin.Jirsak

I’ve identified a reproducible issue that affects ARA editors when they are embedded inside Cubase.

WaveLab Pro itself works perfectly, and SpectraLayers standalone also works perfectly.
Even WaveLab used as External Editor (separate floating window) works without any issue.

The problem appears only when WaveLab or SpectraLayers are loaded as ARA editors inside Cubase, and only when Cubase’s internal scaling is changed (for example +25% or --25%).
Windows scaling stays unchanged.

Keep Windows scaling fixed (e.g., 125% or 100%)

Open Cubase

Change Cubase scaling (+25% or --25%)

Load WaveLab ARA or SpectraLayers ARA

The embedded ARA window shows visual artifacts (incomplete redraw, frozen areas)

Restore Cubase scaling → issue disappears

Since WaveLab works correctly in standalone mode and as External Editor, the issue seems related to ARA embedding inside Cubase, not to WaveLab itself.

It happens also with Melodyne and Tonalic ARA

I have this problem also. Works perfectly fine with SpectraLayers in Cubase 14.
I’ll be sticking with C14 until this issue is fixed.
